Bodywork
The body holds onto old outdated and habitual patterns, as well as negative beliefs attitudes and past conditioning that causing stress, trauma and fear.
By watching and identifying these areas of holding as well as listening to how we express and communicate, each gesture and spoken word has hidden clues to where problems lie.
Many times people say one thing but their body expresses something completely different, the pitch and tone of the voice also tells us so much of what is happening.
The breath is an unconscious action and is taken very much for granted; the way you breathe can indicate such patterns as control, fear, and over sensitivity. Being aware and making the breath a more conscious action can help us let go of holding patterns and blocks within the body.
Through Bodywork we communicate with the effected body tissues using very sensitive powerful healing techniques that allow the tissues to feel safe enough to let go of the holding and so to soften and lengthen the surrounding area making more space for the body to breathe and in turn allow more space for peace, joy and flow in your life.
